Introduction
The Lyric Theater is a historic and iconic location for downtown Blacksburg that seems to remain hidden amongst current and former VT students. They are in need of several updates, upgrades, and innovations to their current strategy and facility. We would like to use our knowledge in Information Technology and Business to bring technological, physical, and financial improvements to The Lyric.

Social Media x Data Analytics
Social media is an integral part of life in the United States, with over 92% of us logging on each day. Since Blacksburg has a predominantly collegiate population, this would be a great way to increase attendance, ticket and concession revenue, and social media activity for the theatre.
Deep Partnerships
In addition to existing partnerships, we will explore ways to offer specials with other local businesses for mutual benefit. New partners could include Rising Silo Brewery, Benny’s, and Souvlaki’s.
