Summary of Communication
Since the last progress report, we have had three meetings with the owners of the Lyric Theatre. Our communication is mainly done through a vtprojectmanagement@gmail.com email that we set up at the beginning of the the project and our main point of contact is Susan Mattingly, the Executive Director at the Lyric Theatre. The email communication is used to set up face-to-face meeting times and share any follow ups from the meetings. The communication has been very easy and in a timely manner. It consists of the following:
